Recipes with our NutriCare Pasta Soup, Mushrooms with Ham
ELISA STYLE LASAGNA | 494 KCAL
- 1 sachet of NutriCare Mushroom Pasta Soup with Ham .
- 2 sheets of precooked lasagna pasta.
- 1 and ½ slices of Serrano ham.
- 50 g of sliced mushrooms.
- 3 slices of eggplant.
- 1 salad tomato.
- 1 teaspoon oil.
- ½ small onion.
- 1 teaspoon grated light cheese.
How to prepare it
Cook the pasta sheets for 5-7 minutes. Place one of the sheets on a tray or flat plate and cover with the ham that you have previously sautéed with the onion.
Sear the eggplant and a couple of tomato slices on the grill and place them on top along with the sliced mushrooms.
Prepare the NutriCare soup with 200 ml of water in the microwave for 3 minutes and put half of the mixture in the filling. Place the other sheet of pasta and finish covering with the rest of the reserved NutriCare Soup.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and microwave for one minute.
Chop the rest of the tomato and add to the lasagna as a garnish.
You can replace the ham with 50 grams of minced beef or chicken breast.
