CREAM OF ASPARAGUS WITH HAM | 280 KCAL
Ingredients
- 1 envelope of NutriCare Asparagus Cream .
- 30 g of diced Serrano ham.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.
How to prepare it
Pour 250 ml of water into a family-sized bowl and add the contents of one sachet of NutriCare Asparagus Cream and mix with a fork.
Microwave at 800w for 2 to 3 minutes.
Fry the Serrano ham cubes until they are crispy.
Plate and decorate the cream with the ham.

SCALLOP WITH CRISPY SQUID | 262 KCAL
Ingredients
For 2 people:
- 1 NutriCare Asparagus Cream .
- 1 NutriCare Chocolate Brownie.
- 1 Scallop (80 g).
- 50 g of squid.
- 1 ink bag
- 150 ml of water.
- Parsley.
How to prepare it
COOKIE: Cut the squid into small pieces and sauté. Dissolve the ink packet in 50 ml of hot water and mix it with the contents of the Brownie . Pour the resulting mixture onto a flat plate lined with baking paper and microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power. Once cooked, cut into triangles.
SCALLOP FILLING: Chop the meat and sauté it. Prepare the Asparagus Cream with 150 ml of water and mix with the sautéed scallop.
Pour this mixture into the scallop shell and decorate with the crispy squid.
Garnish with a little chopped parsley .
