1. Purpose of the Service

NutriCare offers a subscription service designed to make your life easier and take care of your well-being. With this service, you will automatically receive your favorite nutritious shakes, creams and supplements, without worrying about placing manual orders.

2. How it Works

Step 1: Choose your favorite product and, within its file, select the subscription plan.

Step 2: Choose the shipping frequency that best suits your needs (for example: every 1, 2 or 3 weeks).

Step 3: Receive your products at your door automatically.

3. Benefits of NutriCare Subscriptions

Exclusive Benefits: Save 5% or 10% on every recurring order.

Total Flexibility (With Condition): Although the possibility of changing, pausing or cancelling the subscription at any time is promoted, contracting the service implies a minimum commitment that is detailed in section 4.

Stock Priority: You will receive priority in receiving your products, even during high demand seasons.

Time Saving: Forget about placing orders manually; we take care of it.

4. Minimum Commitment and Special Conditions

To ensure fair use of promotional discounts and prevent abuse of the system, by subscribing the customer agrees to receive and pay for at least two consecutive orders . The customer may change the delivery times of the products.

Contractual Obligation: Cancellation, pause or modification of the subscription will not be possible before having fulfilled the minimum of two orders for the contracted subscription. The client may change the delivery times of the products.

Penalties: In the event that an attempt is made to cancel, pause or modify the subscription before fulfilling this commitment, NutriCare reserves the right to apply the appropriate measures, which may include the recovery of the applied discount or the charging of the difference between the discounted price and the regular price.

5. Modification, Pause and Cancellation

Once the minimum commitment of two orders has been fulfilled, the customer may manage the modification, pause or cancellation of the subscription following the procedure established in our cancellation policy.

Any request made before completing the minimum two orders will be considered a breach of the terms of service.

6. Acceptance and Validity

The subscription service contract implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. The conditions set forth herein enter into force at the time of subscription and will remain in force throughout the contractual relationship, and may be modified by NutriCare with due prior notice.

7. Legislation and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the legislation in force in Spain.
