Cook the potato, let it cool for a few minutes, cut it in half and empty it, reserving the contents.
Mix the risotto with the reserved potato, adding a pinch of pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of NutriCare Risotto
  • 4 large cooked artichokes
  • 1 tablespoon grated light cheese

How to prepare it

Prepare the risotto according to the instructions on the packet, adding a pinch of pepper. Drain the artichokes and add the risotto. Sprinkle the cheese on top and heat everything in the microwave for 6 minutes at 800W.
