Ingredients
- 2 scoops NutriCare Apple Cinnamon Smoothie
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 large handful of spinach
- ½ teaspoon of powdered ginger
- 1 cucumber
How to prepare it:
Wash the spinach.
Peel and chop the cucumber and apple. Add all the chopped ingredients, ginger , water and the sachet of NutriCare Shake.
Blend for one minute.

- 1 Sweetened Natural Soy Yogurt
- ¼ Golden or Granny Smith Apple
- Soy drink (5 ml)
- 1 Maria type cookie
How to prepare it
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the contents of the sachet until it forms a consistent cream.
Cut the apple into very small pieces and add to the previous mixture.
Let it rest in the freezer for 1.5 hours or until it acquires the consistency of soft ice cream.
Take the biscuit and, using a mortar and pestle, make biscuit powder. Cover the ice cream with it.

- ½ banana (50g)
- 5 mint leaves 250 ml water
How to prepare it:
In a container, put the water, the banana, the contents of the sachet and the mint leaves.
Beat with an electric mixer.
Add several ice cubes and serve very cold.
