Ingredients
- 2 sachets of NutriCare Bolognese Pasta .
- 2 NutriCare Tortilla sachets.
- 300 ml of skimmed milk.
How to prepare it
Mix the 2 sachets of Tortilla with the 300 ml of milk and set aside.
In a NutriCare mould, mix the two packets of Pasta Bolognese with water, following the instructions on the packet, and place in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Next, mix the Pasta and the NutriCare Tortilla and pour the result into a microwave-safe elongated mould. Heat for 4 minutes or until set.
Allow to cool, decorate and serve.

PASTA BOLOGNESE WITH OLIVES | 278 KCAL

Ingredients
- 1 sachet of NutriCare Bolognese flavour pasta .
- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese.
- 4 black olives.
How to prepare it
Add the Pasta sachet to 200 ml of water and mix well with a fork. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power.
Next, sprinkle the grated cheese over the pasta and decorate with the olives.

Ingredients
- 1 sachet of NutriCare Bolognese flavour pasta .
- 3 anchovies.
- 2 black olives.
- ½ zucchini.
- 1 teaspoon oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
How to prepare it
Follow the instructions on the packet to prepare the Pasta Bolognese NutriCare and add the chopped anchovies along with the olives.
While the pasta is cooking in the microwave, cut the zucchini into thin slices and cook them on a very hot griddle, turning them over and over, with a teaspoon of oil.
Once the zucchini is golden, pour a tablespoon of pasta onto each slice and roll it up.
