MEDITERRANEAN BREAKFAST | APPROX 200 KCAL

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Merengada Milk Cream
  • 200 ml of skimmed milk
  • 40 grams of sugar-free granola or muesli
  • 8 raspberries
  • A leaf of mint or spearmint
  • Optional sweetener

How to prepare it•

Prepare the Merengada Cream with the skimmed milk according to instructions. Combine it with the granola or muesli, the red fruits and a mint leaf. Include a little sweetener if you need it. And have breakfast.

RICE PUDDING | 322 KCAL

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Merengada Milk Cream
  • 150 ml skimmed milk
  • 75 grams of already boiled round rice
  • Sweetener and cinnamon to taste

How to prepare it

  1. Cook the rice until it is done and cool it.

  2. Prepare the NutriCare Merengada Milk Cream according to instructions with the skim milk.

  3. Add the already cold rice to the NutriCare Meringue Cream and mix it in.

  4. If necessary, add sweetener to taste.

  5. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

Extras

You can include two or three raw almonds or walnuts.

Tiramisu | 338 Kcal

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Creamy Milk Meringue
  • 150 ml skimmed milk
  • 4 sponge fingers
  • 50 ml of coffee
  • 5g of defatted cocoa powder

How to prepare it

  1. Make the coffee you like the most.

  2. Prepare the Crema Leche Merengada according to instructions with the skimmed milk

  3. Then lightly soak the biscuits (do not soak them)

  4. In a bowl, place the ingredients in layers, first some biscuits, then an even layer of NutriCare Merengada Milk Cream, sprinkle with cocoa through a strainer and repeat with another layer of biscuits, cream and finish with cocoa.

  5. Let it cool for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
