Ingredients
- 2 scoops of NutriCare Chocolate Shake
- 2 pears
- Sweetener (one teaspoon)
How to prepare it
Cook the peeled pears in water with the sweetener. Reserve the broth.
For the chocolate sauce, add 2 scoops of NutriCare Chocolate Shake and a little ground cinnamon to 100 ml of the cold broth used to cook the pears.
Heat it in the microwave and pour it over the pears.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick, currant and mint.

How to prepare it
Beat the egg white until stiff, then add the sweetener. Dry and bake the meringue in the oven until lightly golden at a temperature of approximately 180ºC.
Prepare the NutriCare Chocolate Shake with hot water and following the instructions on the packet.
Serve the milkshake in the base of a glass or deep plate and top with the meringue. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

For 1 person:
- 2 scoops of NutriCare Chocolate Shake
- 200 ml of skimmed milk
- Ice
- Cinnamon
How to prepare it
Prepare the chocolate shake according to the directions. Then pour the shake into a blender/food processor and add 5-6 ice cubes. Blend the mixture until it forms a slushy texture.
If you wish, you can add vanilla or cinnamon essence to your chocolate frappe.
